RCA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RCA gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or
defective merchandise purchased online or in-store within 30 days of the original
purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the cost of
return shipping.
To request a return or exchange, please email sales@ronclarkacademy.com and
include your order number and details about your request.
Returns
- Returns must be received and processed within 30 days of the original
purchase to qualify for a refund (minus return shipping). - Please include the original packing slip or your order number in the return
package. - You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- For your convenience, online purchases may be returned in-person at the RCA
Store located at the Ron Clark Academy.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns: merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Exchanges must be received and processed within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Online purchases may also be exchanged in-person at the RCA Store located at the Ron Clark Academy.
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid before the replacement item ships. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item is on the way.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items are non-returnable.
If there is an issue with your custom order or if you have any questions, please email
sales@ronclarkacademy.com with your order number and details. A representative
will follow up to assist you.
