WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed M-F before noon (12:00pm Eastern) should go out that same day. Orders made after that time will be processed the next business day. Other circumstances may delay your order such as holidays, school days off, or times when we are hosting an Educator Training.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. As long as your items were purchased from ronclarkacademy.com and are in the original condition, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO AN ORDER I ALREADY SUBMITTED?
No, we cannot add anything to your order once it is submitted. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

If we do not have the item you are looking for then we do not have it for sale online. There may be exclusive items that are only available in person at the Ron Clark Academy. All items that we have available will be listed on the Ron Clark Academy Store website.
DO YOU HAVE STORE HOURS OPEN TO VISITORS?
No, not at this time. Please place all orders online. For the safety of our students, visitors are not allowed on campus at the Ron Clark Academy. The Ron Clark Academy store is only available for paid attendees of the Educator Training Experience.
IS THE RON CLARK ACADEMY A NON-PROFIT
Yes, that Ron Clark Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3). All proceeds from the online store go to fund student scholarships. We greatly appreciate your support!
